Sandy is the founder and current managing director of Adapt 3E. He is a climate adaptation policy and finance expert with 17 years of experience as a researcher and consultant in national adaptation planning, climate finance, climate risk and vulnerability assessment and resource mobilisation strategies. Sandy has led teams of technical experts on climate risk assessment and adaptation planning projects in Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific for a range of development financing institutions, development agencies, UN agencies and private foundations. He has an extensive track record in stakeholder engagement and co-designing approaches to environmental and climate policy and decision-making involving stakeholders at various levels of government and in the private sector.
